It takes study, it takes science, it takes sweat, and blood and tears. More than anything it takes heart. As athletes we step onto the field as equals...We step off as champions. We represent the intense training, preparation and development that takes place when no one else is looking; so when the lights turn on friday night we out-play, out-think and out-perform the competition. Our History

ironstrong was founded in 2007 by two competitive athletes Brittany N Rosen and Joshua D Morris. Holding passion for the development of athletes at all levels and in all sports, brittany and josh were desparate to expand and share thier knowledge of the development of all aspects of the human body and it's potential for performance.

Josh has been a competitive athlete in many sports more notably powerlifting, running the 100, 4x100, throwing the shotput and his caeer as a football player. Josh currently plays in the NIFL semi-professional football league as he prepares for a professional combine this june of 2010. Brittany has been a competitive soccer player and now coach for most of her life. playing all types of soccer from 3v3 to Indoor to standard full field; brittany's love for the game and devotion to outperforming the competition has proven to be invaluable during our development as a company here at ironstrong.

Our mission is to develop natural athletic anomolies through the most advanced strength, power, speed, mental, and nutritional development programs availible.

THINK ABOUT IT! Should a 10 year old female soccer player be training with 5 other 12 year old male-football players? No.

Should a football player be using the same "scientific program" as a soccer player? Absolutely not. Performance training needs to be as private, as personal, and as customized as possible. Whether in developmental performance stages or advanced stages. EVERYONES ONE IS DIFFERENT. You or your athletes are no exception.

When you or your athletes train with us, they will be working with licensed performance trainers, privately or with no more than 5 athletes of the same sport, age range, and competitive level as him or her. This is the only way you can be sure your child is training properly, effectively, and most important - safely.

Becuase when an athlete trains with IRON STRONG and our dedicated performance specialists, they don't just get thrown into a "cookie-cutter" workout designed to meeteveryone's needs, like they do at large facilities like Velocity or Davis.

We understand that the physical demands placed on a football player differ greatly than that of a female soccer player or a swimmer.
