Nordic Curl | Glute Ham Raise | Hip Thruster

I built this nordic curl / glute ham raise / hip thruster out of leftover wood from other projects. Unfortunately you get to see the finished product rather than the entire build.

I mostly used 2×10 boards and then had to build a small insert to add to the inside of where my feet lock in to do the nordic curl. This part is very dependent on shoe size so you’ll need to measure out after building (in my experience).

The long boards are 36″ and then the area that would allow you to perform the hip thrust is 12″ tall and is a cube shape which results in it being about 15″ in height.
