Trifecta Challenge – Front Raise, Dumbbell Curl & Pushups Challenge

I was challenged by Anthony McNett for the 10lb dumbbell front raise challenge. He also did 45 lb ez bar curls to step up the challenge. I don’t have the right weights for my ez curl bar, so I used dumbbells and then added to it by completing close grip pushups.
